The publication has been supported by a grant from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the JU under the Strategic Programme Excellence Initiative at Jagiellonian University. ; The publication includes photocopies of the original court book kindly provided by the PAU-PAN Scholarly Library in Cracow and copies of its typewritten copy from the so-called Vetulani's files stored in the Laboratory of Source Editions of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, which are made available under an agreement with the Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences as the institution running the program of editing old Polish rural court books in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s (this is the first typewritten copy of a handwritten copy of the book, before collation, transliteration and proofreading; the editors of IURA did not carry out a full proofreading of the typescript, only pointing out obvious errors encountered during the preparation of individual files). ; A substantive description of the court records, prepared by Dr. Kamil Sorka, includes legal actions, official persons and objects of transactions described in the notes.
