recently, there have been 166 files added to the collection "Legislation of the Seym of 15th-18th C." as a result of the digitization of the 1st part of the 1st volume of the "Volumina Constitutionum" edition. Digitization was carried out with the consent of the publisher of the paper edition, the Seym Publishing House, obtained in 2019 (the Faculty's request in this matter was supported by the publishers of the first volumes of "Volumina Constitutionum," Prof. Stanisław Grodziski and Prof. Wacław Uruszczak). On the basis of this consent, the entire 1^st and 2^nd volumes of the edition will be digitized and uploaded to the IURA, covering the years 1493-1609, crucial for the formation of the political system and law of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.

The digitization of vol. 1, part 1 was carried out thanks to the funds obtained from the ID.UJ program as part of a mini-grant under the supervision of dr hab. Marcin Kwiecień and the cooperation with an external contractor: Księgarnia Akademicka Publishing House.

The pagination of the edition and its typographic layout have been preserved in the files, with only slight changes in the layout of the footnotes (for the sake of greater readability) and a few obvious typing errors being corrected.
